Is it possible to request a refund?

By​ ​registering​ ​with​ Digi Footprint Boost,​ ​you​ ​accept​ ​to​ ​paying​ ​a​ ​monthly​ ​subscription​ ​fee​ ​of​ £27.89. There​ ​is​ ​no​ ​penalty​ ​for​ ​cancelling​ ​your subscription,​ ​and​ ​you​ ​can​ ​do​ ​this​ ​whenever​ ​you​ ​wish.​ ​We will not​ ​charge you, once​ ​you​ ​have​ ​cancelled​ ​your​ ​account.​ ​However, you are not qualified for a discount or refund for any membership expenses paid.

I would like to cancel my account. How can I do this?
