What can Digi Footprint Boost do to support me?
Your social media usage can influence all aspects of your life, including your finances, career, and personal interactions. As an online service, Digi Footprint Boost examines all your activity, from the content you post to the time spent on your profile(s). You will receive an in-depth report on your social media activity and what it does to your social score, so you can take action to raise it.
What is my social score and why is it important?
Digi Footprint Boost will complete an exhaustive analysis of all your social media activity, analysing your social, geographic and financial data, and the content you distribute online. This enables us to supply an overview of your social footprint and translate this into your overall social score. This data used by banks, employers, and other organisations to evaluate how employable, trustworthy, and creditworthy you seem to be. Your social media activity may directly affect your likelihood of getting a job or access to a particular financial product.
How often can I view my social score?
Digi Footprint Boost provides subscribers access to their account whenever they wish. Once you’ve joined, you can see your present social score, every minute of every day.
I can’t sign in to my account. Can you please help?
If you are unable log-in, you may have to reset your password. Click the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link in the login window, and we’ll send you an email with steps on how to regain access to your account. If this fails to resolve the problem, contact our helpful customer service team. Is it possible to request a refund?
By registering with Digi Footprint Boost, you accept to paying a monthly subscription fee of £27.89. There is no penalty for cancelling your subscription, and you can do this whenever you wish. We will not charge you, once you have cancelled your account. However, you are not qualified for a discount or refund for any membership expenses paid.
I would like to cancel my account. How can I do this?
To cancel your subscription, just log into your account, select your profile page, and click the button marked ‘Cancel My Account’. This can be done at any time. You’ll be required to click to confirm with ‘Yes, Cancel Account’, and then your access to Digi Footprint Boost will be cancelled. We will not charge your account again. You can also terminate your account by contacting our team using the message form on this page, or you can email us at email@example.com, or call us on 0800 101 7034. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
How do I change my password?
It’s possible to change your password at any time. Log in, go to your profile page, and click ‘Change Password’. Type in your new password, click to confirm, and your password will be changed immediately.
